# Ruhaar Server Rules

## 1. Respect
> Stay chill.
> No harassment.
> Keep arguments calm.
> Swearing is fine if everyone’s okay with it.
## 2. Sharing
> Farms are communal.
> Bases and chests are personal, ask before taking.
> Help with community projects when you can.
## 3. PvP
> Only if both players agree.
## 4. Mods / Packs
> Allowed as long as they don’t give unfair advantages.
> Not allowed: x-ray, ore locators, seedcrackers, killaura, fly, aimbot, TP hacks, abusive automation, auto totem.
## 5. World & Builds
> Don’t touch others’ builds without asking.
> Replant, repair, remove ugly/useless builds/holes; keep the world clean.
> No lag machines.
## 6. Chat
> No spam.
> No ads.
> No useless ping.
> Always speak a language everyone understands.
## 7. Management
> Decisions are talked through as a group, giving your opinion is encouraged.
> If no agreement, use a vote or a temporary test.
## 8. Recruiting
> Server is whitelist-only for invited players/friends.
> Check <#1455305315053736007> and read the informations to join.
> If a recruiter accepts a new member, he's in part responsible if he break the rules for the next 7 days.
## 9. Sanctions
> Violations results to role removal, warnings or ban, depending on the situation.
> 3 warnings = 1 week ban.
> 5 warnings = permanent ban.
> Warnings are removed 1 by 1 every 30 days if mo rules are broken during this period of time.
> The owner decides on the sentence.
> When the decision is taken, it can't be argued.
